Cherry bread with bananas and walnuts
300 g maraschino cherries
400 g wheat flour

80 g softened butter
160 g brown sugar
2 eggs
240 g mashed ripe bananas
120 g chopped walnuts
Drain maraschino cherries, two tablespoons of juice from under the cherry pour into a separate container and until set aside. Cherries cut into quarters and also set aside. In a dry bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
In a large bowl, whisk the softened butter, brown sugar, eggs and separated the juice from under the cherry trees. Beat with a mixer on medium speed until until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Now alternately to the butter mixture, add flour mixed with salt and baking powder, and mashed bananas, each time stirring well all the weight. First, put the flour, then bananas, again, flour, bananas, the last portion should be flour. Now wesite in the dough prepared cherries and chopped nuts.
Form size HH cm (or so), grease with butter or cooking oil, non-stick. Even better, if the form itself is non-stick. With a spoon pour the batter into the pan, evenly distributing it throughout the volume.
Preheat oven to 180C. Bake the bread for 1 hour. Its crust must acquire a nice Golden color. Readiness can be identified by long, thin wooden stick: if stuck in the middle of the bread wand is clear and easily comes out, it means that the bread is ready. The finished bread, remove from oven and let cool directly into the form on the lattice at room temperature. Bread store in a tightly closed container.
