3/4 glass 1 flour

1 /4 teaspoon baking powder

0,5 teaspoon baking soda

0,5 glass brown sugar



0,5 glass white sugar

0,5 teaspoon salt

1/3 glass of shortening (fat added in dough shortening)

2 eggs

2 tablespoons milk

1 glass puree pulp cherimoya

0,5 tablespoons vanilla

0,5 glass cut walnuts or almonds

Connect the flour, baking powder, soda, sugar and salt. In a separate bowl mix the eggs, shortening (can substitute vegetable oil), milk, mashed cherimoya and vanilla. Connect the flour mixture and mix with mashed cherimoya. Thoroughly mix both masses to uniformity. Do not use this mixer! In the end add chopped nuts.

Oil the baking of bread (about 23 cm in diameter). Bake in the oven at 180C for about 50-60 minutes.
