Pasta casserole with chicken oatmeal
500 g chicken
1 / 2 cups flour

700 ml of milk

200 gr. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

1 and 1 / 2 cups fresh white bread crumbs
Boil pasta in salted water. Drain the water. If you rinse the pasta in cold water.
Heat the milk in a small saucepan, but do not boil.
In a large (3 l) saucepan, melt butter and add flour. On a slow fire, stir with a whisk for 2 minutes.
Add hot milk and cook for a minute or two.
Remove from heat and add grated cheese, grated cheddar cheese, 1 tablespoon salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Add cooked pasta and stir well. Put everything in a baking dish.
Top with the sliced tomatoes.
Melt remaining 2 tbsp butter and mix with crumbs of white bread and put this mixture on top. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Meanwhile, while baked casserole, make the chicken.
