Snack Pork "rolls in Italian"
750 g pork loin
50 g ham
6 cloves of garlic
1 onions
1 Art. l. chopped cilantro
1 Art. l. butter

Pork washed and cut into thin strips 4 cm wide, repelling, cover with foil, rub with salt and pepper.
At each striped meat lay on a purified cloves garlic, sprinkle with cilantro, oregano and coriander, wrapped rolls, fasten with toothpicks.
Cut the ham into small cubes and onions, fry for 5 minutes in butter, add the pork rolls, both sides fry them until golden brown, pour the boiling milk, bring a snack from pork "rolls in Italian" until cooked in a preheated 180 degree oven for hours.
Before serving on the New Year's table appetizer of pork "rolls in Italian" is laid out on a dish and beautifully executed.
