Puff pork rolls
300 g pulp pork (loin or ham)
300 g prepared puff pastry
1 egg
1 tbsp. mustard
black pepper
salt
Roll out the dough into a rectangular layer thickness of about 5 mm
Pork cut into thin slices, brush with mustard, pepper and salt, put on the dough.
To roll the dough roll and beaten egg to coat its surface.
Cut the roll into pieces, put them in slices on a baking sheet greased with butter and bake at 220 degrees for 20-25 minutes
Before serving, arrange the rolls green salad leaves.
