Baked puff rolls with mushrooms and cheese
500 g puff pastry
200 g any fresh mushrooms
85 g cream cheese
1 denticle garlic
1 head onions
1 tablespoons grated cheese (Parmesan better)
1 tablespoons chopped parsley
pepper, salt
Peel and cut the onion, cut mushrooms, together fry onions and mushrooms in a pan for 5 minutes.
Combine both kinds of cheese, chopped garlic, parsley, pepper and salt, mix ground.
Roll out the dough, cut into 2 broad rectangle, brush each with cheese mass, top with mushrooms and onions, 2 roll to roll, then cut them crosswise into portions rolls.
Bake baked puff rolls with cheese and mushrooms for about 12 minutes (until browning) in a preheated 190 degree oven on a baking sheet, laid by parchment, oiled.
