Pie with mushrooms, cheese and sour cream
250 g puff pastry
100 g mushrooms
100 g cheese
1 head onions
3 tbsp. fat sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. dried thyme
1/3 tsp. ground black pepper
Roll out the dough to a rectangle about 3-4 mm thick, prick the entire area with a fork.
Wash, cut into large mushrooms, small leave whole, slice the onion half-rings.
Mix the mushrooms with grated cheese, sour cream, season with thyme, pepper and salt, mix well, spread the filling on the dough, retreating from the edges 2-3, see
Wrap the edges in towards the center of the cake, coat with egg yolk or milk.
Bake pie with mushrooms, cheese and sour cream in a preheated 180 degree oven for about half an hour until Golden hue test, allow to cool and cut the cake into 6 pieces.
