Savory sausage in puff pastry
350 g puff pastry
4 frankfurters
4 pickles
1 egg
8 Cheese slices
1 h. l. mustard
Cut the sausages in half lengthwise. Slice cheese and cucumbers.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 5 mm and cut it into strips, brush with mustard and put each half on sausages, cheese and cucumber slices.
Close rolls, brush with egg batter.
Bake until cooked dough snack.
