Pork new year with celery and apples
2 Apple
1 celery
1 onions
1 glass bread crumbs
1 glass beef broth
? glass white wine
pork loin
garlic
greens
black pepper
salt
Apples chopped, fry in olive oil in a frying pan.
Onion and celery chop, 5 min to cook with apples, pepper and salt, add the chopped garlic and fry for 1 min, remove from heat, add bread crumbs and chopped parsley.
Pork loin cut "by the book", put on the meat cooked stuffing, wrap everything up and tie with a thread.
Put the rolls in a baking dish, pour the wine, sprinkle with parsley and bake for one hour in the oven, then pour in the broth and bake for another hour.
Before serving Christmas buffet pork new year with celery and apples is released from the thread, cut plastics, laid out on a platter and decorated with greenery.
