Pork baked with apple mustard
2 kg pork
50 g pine nuts
2 apple
2 cloves of garlic

Mustard:

Finely chop the apples, garlic and onions, wash and dry the basil, grated bread rubbed pre-cut the crust all.
Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion for 5 minutes with the garlic, add the bread crumbs and apples, stir and fry for 2 minutes, remove from the heat and leave to cool.
