Baked with apples pork loin
1,5 kg loin
5 apples
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
black pepper
salt
Add salt and pepper prepared brisket, grease it with oil, put on a baking tray, add a little water, and bake, basting occasionally with sochka.
Remove the Apple core, cut each into 4 pieces, sprinkle with salt and sugar, pour sochka, remaining after baking pork, simmer with lid on until tender apples.
Cut the finished brisket thin, even slices, place in a dish, arrange the stewed apples around.
The apples can be baked together with the meat, putting them for 15 minutes until it is ready.
This first course will decorate the Christmas table, it is easy to make, but original and very tasty.
