Chicken rolls with cheese and ransom, recipe with photo
There are people very popular and delicious recipe of chicken salad with pineapple. I decided to cook nearly the same, only in the form of rolls. What came of it? A great dish that my household very quickly ate.
Ingredients:
- 4 PCs chicken
- 400 g canned pineapple
- 100 g cheese
- 100 g mayonnaise
- salt, black pepper
Method of preparation:
Chicken and wash thoroughly under running water and cut along, but not until the end that it can be deployed in one thick layer. The thump of hands slightly, as the cue ball and RUB with salt, freshly ground pepper.
Pineapple cut into small cubes, cheese RUB on a small grater. Add salt and pepper to taste and season with homemade mayonnaise. The stuffing is ready.

They are prepared in the oven for 25 minutes on low heat. 5 minutes before end of cooking, you can open the foil so the meat is slightly browned, but do not overdo it, otherwise the rolls can overdry.
