Cheese stuffed peppers
4 sweet pepper
1 egg
200 g cheese
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 Art. l. sour cream
salt
Bake the peppers, then clean them from the skin, cut in half and remove the seeds.
Mash the cheese with a fork, combine the egg and mix.
Fill each half pepper cheese, place peppers in a pan, greased, cut up. Sprinkle with salt and pepper oil.
Bake 20-25 minutes in the oven at medium temperature, hot snacks.
