Egg and cheese stuffed peppers
300-400 g hard cheese
3 sweet peppers of different colors
3 boiled eggs
2-3 cloves of garlic
mayonnaise

Rinse the peppers, remove seeds, cut the stalk gently, rub on a fine cheese grater.
Connect with cheese passed through a press garlic, add the mayonnaise, mix, stuff with cheese peppers, leaving a little space in the middle.
Put peppers in a purified boiled egg if there is still a place to fill it to the brim with cheese.
Remove peppers for 3-4 hours in the cold.
Before serving, stuffed with egg and cheese pepper with a sharp knife cut into plastic and decorated with greenery.
