Cut off the top of the peppers, remove seeds and membranes, put the peppers on a baking sheet, bake in preheated oven to the skin was black, covered with bubbles, place the peppers in a plastic bag and leave for 10 minutes, then remove the peel, cut into strips of width 2.5 cm.

Cheese cut into cubes 2 cm, put in a bowl, pour the olive oil, add the pepper, oregano and capers, pepper and salt, stir, cover, put into the refrigerator for 4 hours.
