Rolls of bread with fish and ham
2 sheet thin lavash
The first filling:
200 g ham
100 ml mayonnaise (SKIT olive with Provence herbs)
2 sweet peppers (yellow and green)
1 the beam dill
1 tsp. mustard
The second filling:
200 g fillet red fish salted
200 g cottage cheese/cream cheese
50 ml mayonnaise (SKIT provenale)
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show

For the first Creamed mix the mayonnaise with the mustard, dill, pepper and salt.
For the second Creamed mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, grated lemon zest.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds, stem, sprinkled with vegetable oil and bake for 20 minutes in the oven, put in a bag for 10 minutes to leave, remove the peel, julienne cut the flesh.
Thinly slice the fish.
Grease one pita the first sauce, put the peppers and julienne ham.
The second pita to lubricate the second sauce, put the fish.
