Pita roll with eggs and red fish
600-800 g salted trout
2 sweet pepper
2 boiled eggs
2 sheet of lavash
1 tomato
1 onions
4 Art. l. mayonnaise

Cut the pitas in half into equal parts, each spread with mayonnaise.
Finely chop the fish, eggs rubbed on a coarse grater.
Tomatoes cut into thin circles onions finely chopped, pepper rub on a coarse grater.
Put on pita bread ingredients in order: fish, eggs, tomato, onion, pepper, mayonnaise, sprinkle with herbs and wrapped in rolls.
Before serving, roll pita bread with eggs and red fish is put in the microwave for 2-4 minutes.
