Pita roll with eggs and crab meat
400 g crabmeat
300 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show
150 g hard cheese
3 eggs
3 cloves of garlic
1 thin lavash Armenian
greens
Boil hard boiled eggs, finely chopped, combine with chopped herbs (dill, parsley), add one third of mayonnaise and mix.
Crab meat finely chop, combine with another third of mayonnaise and mix.
Cheese rubbed on a fine grater, connect with through a press garlic, add the remaining mayonnaise and mix.
Take two thin sheets of lavash, lapped put on each other.
Share on pitas mixture of eggs and greens, top with pita bread, spread with crab stuffing, close more pita bread, put cheese with garlic, close all roll.
Tightly wrap the pita roll with eggs and crab meat food foil, put into the cold for 2-3 hours.
When serving put the roll on a plate, garnish with fresh herbs and cut into pieces a la carte.
