Fast food "Boats with snow"

80 g feta cheese

2 big cucumber

2 tomatoes

1.5 tsp olive oil

1 tsp vinegar

1 tsp dried oregano

pepper, salt

Cut by small diced tomatoes, mix with vinegar, olive oil, oregano, pepper, salt, put into the refrigerator.

With cucumbers cut peel, cut them in half lengthwise, remove the middle of a spoon with seeds, giving the shape of cucumbers boats.

By weight with tomatoes add crumbled feta cheese and mix.

Put the prepared stuffing in boats.

Before serving fast snack Christmas "Boats with snow" is made with greens and served immediately.
