Tortilla potato with feta cheese and tomatoes
125 ml sour cream
100 g feta cheese
50 g cheese
5 tubers potatoes
2 tomato
1/2 head onions/leeks
1,5 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
oil
Potatoes wash, peel, cut into plastics, put on a greased baking dish, add salt and 1 tsp. salt.
Beat eggs, add salt and pepper, add sour cream, stir until smooth.
Chop onion rings, add to the egg mixture, add the diced feta, grated cheese, stir.
Pour the prepared mixture of potatoes, put the sliced tomatoes on top.
Preparing the potato tortilla with feta cheese, cheese and tomatoes for about 40 min at 175-180 degrees oven.
