Stuffed tomatoes egg
6 tomatoes
6 eggs
6 h. l. grated hard cheese
To prepare the sauce:
2 h. l. acute ketchup
4 h. l. sour cream
ground black pepper
salt
Cut off tops of tomatoes, a teaspoon to get part of the pulp, salt and pepper them inside.
Pour into each tomato on an egg, sprinkle top with grated cheese, bake.
Mix sour cream with ketchup, pepper and salt and pour this sauce tomatoes before serving, garnish with parsley.
