Moussaka pork
Required products:
300 g pork pulp
4 the potato - tuber
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 onion - head
1 tbsp. cheese grated
1 tbsp. tomato puree
2 glass the cream sauce
2 glass broth
parsley
dill
ground black pepper
salt - to taste
2 PCs tomatoes
The flesh of pork mince, salt and pepper and saut until soft together with fried on the part of the oil, onion, tomato puree and tomato slices.Add sliced potatoes to the broth and simmer until tender.
The prepared weight put on the frying pan, pour sour cream sauce (recipe here), sprinkle with grated cheese, drizzle with remaining butter and bake in the oven.
When serving, decorate with greens.
