Stuffed with ham and peas tomatoes
240 g green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
150 g ham
12 tomatoes
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoons salt
Tomatoes should use tight, not soft.
Cut off tops of tomatoes, using a teaspoon gently without damaging the wall, choose the flesh.
Diced ham slice and mix with mayonnaise and pepper, salted.
Stuff the tomatoes prepared mixture, cover with cut tops.
Before serving, stuffed with ham and tomato pot to cool.
