Stuffed mushrooms vegetable tomatoes
200 g boiled mushrooms
2 tomato
1 onions
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. bread crumbs
parsley
Cut the tomatoes in half, to choose the pulp, finely chop it with the onions and fry in butter.
Finely chop the mushrooms, add to the tomato-mushroom fried mass, stir fry.
Stuff the mushroom mixture of tomatoes, sprinkle with bread crumbs, put the tomatoes into a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs sheet.
Bake stuffed mushrooms vegetable tomatoes about 20 minutes in a preheated average temperature of the oven, serve with greens.
