Stuffed baked tomatoes
150 g tomatoes
50 g bread
50 g liver
10 g butter

Cut off tops of tomatoes with a spoon to get the seeds.
Liver slice, fry in butter, bread soaked twist in a meat grinder.
Onions clean, finely chop, saute, add minced liver, egg yolk raw drive, add the butter.
Whip the egg whites in a stable foam, add the rest mass with pepper and salt, knead stuffing and stuff the tomatoes.
Put the tomatoes in a shallow pan, put a slice on each oil, place in preheated oven to medium temperature.
Remove from the weight of the tomatoes through a sieve rub, pour the tomatoes when they are a little flushed in the oven.
Served stuffed baked tomatoes with sour cream.
