Pancakes with raisins
480 g wheat flour
2 glass milk
1 egg
4 Art. l. raisins
4 Art. l. honey
1 Art. l. sugar
1 Art. l. compressed yeast

Dissolve salt in a portion of the milk, a small amount of it, add sugar and yeast, previously diluted, drain, connected to the rest of the milk, heat to a temperature of about 40 degrees, add flour and mix until homogenous, add vegetable oil, leave for an hour in a warm location.
Add the raisins into the dough prepared.
Bake pancakes with raisins on both sides of a greased pan until golden brown, before serving pour honey fritters.
