Pancakes with lemon, raisins and cottage cheese
For pancakes:
2 glass flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
0,5 l milk or water
3 eggs
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
salt
For the filling:
250 g cottage cheese
2 tbsp. sour cream
a quarter of a lemon
50 g raisins
3 tbsp. sugar
Prepare the pancakes.
Rostrate cheese with a fork, add the cream, stir.
Raisins pour boiling water, leave for 15 minutes
Wash the lemon and run it through a meat grinder or RUB with zest on a fine grater. Add to the lemon sugar, stir.
Raisins steam out, drain, add it together with the lemon weight in cheese. Stir.
Put the filling on the edge of the pancake, roll it up the envelope.
Put the rolls into the pan, fry on both sides.
