Compote
50-100 ml Dessert wine;
0,5 kg Quince;
300 g Sugar;
3-3,5 l Water;
Quinces, cut into slices, remove the seeds, add water, boil for about 20 minutes. Then add sugar, cook for about an hour on low heat, cool. Optionally, you can add a little bit of dessert wine to enhance the flavor.
