Pear compote Slovak
syrup:
1 l water
2.5 glass sugar
1 pcs. lemon
Large pear washed, cleaned, cut into halves and remove the core, put in acidic juice of one lemon water. Stacked pears in banks 'hangers on' in each jar put a slice of lemon, pour syrup and sterilized: liter cans - 8 minutes, two-liter - 12, three-liter - 15 minutes.
