Apples cut into 4 pieces, cored, peeled. Prepare rowan berries, mixed with apples, put in jars, pour the boiling syrup and pasteurized at 90 � C: 0.5-liter jars - 20 minutes, 1 liter - 30 minutes, 3 L - 45-50 minutes.
