Compote from Rowan accelerated way

for the filling:
1 l water
250-300 g sugar
To prepare Rowan berries and blanch them in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Boil the syrup and pour cans of berries. Hot syrup to drain the boil again and pour into the jars so that it gently flowed over the edge of the cookware. Immediately roll up and refrigerate, turning upside down.
