Jam ordinary rowan
Ingredients:
1 kg mountain ash
syrup:
1.5 kg sugar
600 g water
Sorted berries of mountain ash ordinary blanched by dipping them in boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Prepared berries pour hot sugar syrup, and kept for 6-8 hours. After holding cook until cooked jam. During cooking after boiling is recommended 4-5 times to remove bowl from heat for 10-15 minutes. The finished hot jam packed into warm dry jars, hermetically sealed and cooled.
