Remove the berries that fall under the freeze, remove plates, wash and soak in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Cool rapidly with cold water, berries spread out on the banks, pour the boiling syrup, leave for a day. Then banks pasteurized at 90 � C: 1 L jars - 30 minutes, 3 liters - 45-50 minutes.
