Dessert "Pear mystery"
150 g cream cheese
50 g chopped walnuts
4 pears
2 eggs
5 Art. l. wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
4 Art. l. white semi-sweet wine
4 Art. l. breadcrumbs
2 Art. l. powdered sugar
oil for frying
Clear pear from the skin, cut in half, cored, pour the wine, leave for 15 minutes.
Mash the cheese, combine with sugar and nuts. Fill stuffed pears, breaded in flour, then in beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
Bring the butter to a boil, lower the pears in it and fry for 5 minutes, then dry and apply.
This dessert of pears is unusual look at the New Year's table and will appeal to all guests.
