Cake "Melon"
600 g flesh melons
125 g butter

1 glass heavy cream

Lay a parchment split mold, put on her cake.
Cut the flesh of the melon few balls, set aside. Make a puree of the remaining pulp, add sugar, gelatin, pre-soaked in boiled cold water and heat over low heat, stir and put into the fridge for half an hour.
Whip cream with vanilla sugar, add weight. Put the cream on the cake, remove the 4 hours in the refrigerator.
