Banana Cake
150 g butter
1 glass sugar
1 Art. l. vanilla sugar
4 pcs. egg
4 pcs. Bananas -. to test and 6 slices - for decoration
1 Art. l. rum
2 h. l. baking powder to the test for the test
100 g grated chocolate
1 glass wheat flour

100 g dark chocolate glaze
1 glass thick cream
1 Art. l. chopped pistachios
50 g crushed hazelnuts
Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the egg yolks. Mash bananas and mix with rum. Mix baking powder, chocolate, nuts and flour. Add the sugar and banana-oil mixture. Whip the whites and mix with the resulting mass.
Curly shape brush with butter and fill with batter. Bake in a preheated 180 � C oven for 30 minutes. Remove the cake from the mold and refrigerate.
Melt the chocolate icing on a water bath. Cover the cake and let it cool. Whip the cream, pastry bag full of them and lay on the glaze in the form of roses. Top with slices of banana and sprinkle with pistachios.
