160 g Veal
1/2 pcs. egg
5 g crackers
5 g grated cheese
50 g tomato sauce
80 g Pasta Milanese
10 g butter
10 g vegetable oil
salt
Egg whisk, mix with oil, salt, pepper. Soaked in this mixture was run in a chop in bread crumbs and grated cheese and lightly press down. Fried steak in a mixture of oil and butter, taken in equal proportions. Garnish served pasta alla Milanese and tomato sauce.
