Creamy pate with walnuts
400 g liver turkeys
150 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
100 ml cream 33%
3 onions
1 carrots
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp. whiskey
pine nuts
black pepper
salt
Clean the liver from all the excess.
Chop onion saut until transparent in butter.
Carrots clean, RUB on a grater, add the fried onions, add the liver, add the cream, put 5 minutes
In a spoon to pour the whiskey, ignite and pour to the liver with vegetables.
Add salt and pepper, put into the cold to cool.
In a blender, whip the fried ingredients with butter.
Garlic and pine nuts finely chop, add to the paste.
Take a rectangular shape, and line with cling film, put the pate.
Before serving Christmas buffet remove cream pie with nuts in the cold, then tilt on a flat dish and decorate to taste.
