Carrot pudding with berry juice
4-5 glass water
4 large carrots
1 glass berry juice
glass ? sugar
3 Art. l. potato starch
grated orange peel and lemon
Carrots clean, rub on a coarse grater.
Starch dissolve in berry juice.
Water bring to a boil, put the grated carrots, boil until cooked, put the zest, sugar and starch juice.
All boil, stirring, then pour into mugs and sprinkle with sugar.
Served carrot pudding with berry juice with milk, chilled.
