Pudding with BlackBerry
1 l water
250 g BlackBerry
120 g sugar
45 g potato starch
2 g citric acid
BlackBerry bust, hot water scalding, then through a fine sieve to wipe.
Remove the BlackBerry puree in the cold, and the remaining pulp to put in the pot, pour hot water, add citric acid and sugar, bring all to a boil, then strain and allow broth to cool.
After cooling, pour in the broth, starch, dissolved in water, while stirring, bring to boil and immediately remove from the stove, but be able to add the BlackBerry puree, not boiling mixture.
Before serving the pudding with BlackBerry cool.
