Kissel from dates
100 g dates
60 g sugar
1/2 Art. l. starch - 1
900 g water
citric acid - a pinch
50 g thick cream
Pitted dates mince, pour hot water and boil for 10 minutes. Then, together with the dates wipe broth through a sieve, add sugar, citric acid, bring to a boil, pour the dissolved starch in cold water and let boil again. Refrigerate.
Serve the pudding in a glass by filling cream.
