Walnut pudding
150 g hazelnut
50 g dates
2 glass sugar
4 Art. l. potato starch
Ground cinnamon - to taste
Nuts twice scald with boiling water, remove the peel, chop.
Finely chop the dates, after removing the bone.
Nuts connect with dates and grind in a blender until smooth.
Pour into the pan 4 cups of water, add sugar, cinnamon, bring to a boil, remove the foam. Pour the prepared nut and mass small amount of water dissolved starch. Bring back to the boil.
Before serving pudding cool.
