Jelly from dates
150 g dates
1 PCs lemon
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. starch
250 g cream thick
5 tsp. powdered sugar
Dates, removing the seeds, pour 5 cups of water and simmer for 20 minutes.
To remove the lemon zest, juice press.
Dates wipe with broth, add the sugar, lemon juice, pour in the cornstarch dissolved in small amount of water and bring the mixture to a boil.
Cream whisk powdered sugar and mix it with zest.
Before serving the pudding cool, decorate with whipped cream and mint leaves.
