Blackberry compote

3 kg blackberries

1 l water

750 g sugar

Berries sort, put in a sieve, rinse under running cold water, drain off the water. Boil water and sugar. Berries are put into prepared jars, pour hot syrup cans tightly close the lid and sterilize 3 minutes.
