Strawberry compote
3 kg strawberries (strawberries)
1 l water
600 g sugar
Berries rinse in cold water, dry and put into prepared jars. Boil water with sugar and pour the syrup obtained filtered berries. Banks close tightly with lids and sterilize for about 3 minutes (after boiling water for sterilization).
