Compote of strawberries
750 g strawberries
150 g sugar
200 ml water
Freshly picked strawberries quickly rinse with cold water and layers put into the banks, Peresyp sugar on each layer, then cover with cold water. Put in a saucepan with lattice liner and after boiling to sterilize 3 minutes or 20 minutes at a temperature of 80 degrees pasteurized. Banks clogging, cool.
