Jelly honey
100-150 g honey
500 g water
1 tbsp. starch
4-6 clove - Bud
2-3 tsp. lemon juice
zest lemon
In the water, add the cloves and lemon zest, bring to a boil. Let sit for 15-20 minutes. Strain.
Again bring to a boil, enter diluted with a small amount of cold water starch and again let boil, add the honey and stir well.
When the pudding has cooled slightly, add the lemon juice, then well cool.
