Spicy jelly with waffles
500 g peaches peeled, pitted
1 Art. l. honey
2 Art. l. sugar for jelly - and the batter - 1 tbsp. spoon
1 Art. l. lemon juice for jelly - for test - 1 tsp.
1/2 h. l. grated nutmeg
1 Art. l. corn starch
2 Art. l. sour cream
20 g butter
1 Art. l. wheat flour

The flesh peaches, sugar, honey, nutmeg, lemon juice, connect and bring to a boil. Add starch diluted 2 tablespoons of water, stir and bring to a boil again. Cool. In the resulting jelly pour in the cream, stir, pour into glasses and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Waffle whisk butter with sugar until fluffy mass. Add the lemon juice, stir Stir in sifted flour, coconut, enter the whipped egg yolk and mix again. Bake the dough portions in a waffle iron.
Serve chilled pudding with coconut waffles.
