Cheese toast with mushrooms
Ingredients:
4 white bread - slice
250 g fresh mushrooms (chanterelles, boletus mushrooms or)
200 g cheese hard cheese
60 g smoked bacon
2 pcs. egg
2 pcs. tomatoes
4 parsley - sprigs
4 Art. l. butter
white pepper
Mushrooms, large slice. Bacon cut into small cubes, fry and add the mushrooms. Fry all together for 15 minutes, add salt and pepper.
Bread fried in butter until golden brown, spread out on each toast with tomato slices, whipped eggs, fried mushrooms. Top cover with slices of cheese.
Bake in the oven or on the grill until the cheese is melted. Post immediately by issuing a sprig of parsley.
