French toast with tomato and cheese
200 g cottage cheese
50 g butter
Which oil to choose? we'll show
2-3 fresh tomatoes
1 loaf
dill
Baton chop, fry the slices of bread until golden brown in a frying pan with butter, allow to cool.
Slice the tomatoes circles.
Mash with a fork cheese, mix with chopped dill (if you wish, you can add garlic) and mix.
Share on each slice of bread in a mug of tomato on top - cheese, croutons serve with tomato and cheese chilled.
